No. We hold the card on file. We only charge the card if we fail to receive payment, get cancelled on or if that’s the form of payment you choose to use after the event is over. We accept cash, check or charge.
We certainly love being a part of ALL events. However, given that our prices are so low, we are unable to give back. But again, we do love being a part of your event!
We are capable of handing out up to 400 ice creams an hour.
Events can be cancelled up to 30 days before the event. After that (29 days before or less), events are charged in full if cancelled – no exceptions. When we book your event, we stock ice creams accordingly and we will not schedule any other events at that time so it is reserved for you.
We serve all of Maricopa County (and sometime outside areas – call for details). Any events over 30 miles from home office is subject to a $2/mile charge.
ABSOLUTELY! We love when YOU get involved in all the fun! We’ve even driven around to multiple locations to serve!
